If you want to lose weight, you have to start by watching what you put in your basket. If you shop on a daily or weekly basis, it's better to do so after you've eaten. This is a simple idea that means you won't be hungry... and in the vicinity of a tonne of food. Not a good mix when you're watching your weight.
