We sometimes fall off the wagon because of friends or colleagues! We go and eat lunch or dinner with them... and they encourage us to eat. We hear: "treat yourself" or "you don't need diet"... and when we hear this at the same tie as smelling something delicious... we can slip up! Remember that you may regret it! Especially if you not only order a pizza or hamburger... but also add wine or beer or cocktails into the mix! You have to learn to say no! And you have to tell friends and family that you have started a weight loss programme and that you want to achieve your goals. Obviously, this doesn't mean depriving yourself of everything - certain amount of freedom must be allowed! It should only be you who decides when and if you'll enjoy a piece of chocolate cake or a curry. And you shouldn't feel guilty! Why not set yourself simple goals like walking half an hour a day for a good week before you allow yourself a piece of cheesecake? Have fun with it! Everything in moderation!
